Because our products are personal care items and made in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jnsbeautyinc.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right.

If your package is lost in transit, we'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
